PC gamers have another free game to claim on the Epic Games Store, and there’s no need to wait for Thursday’s usual giveaway. MAFIA HOTEL, a multiplayer social deduction game from developer and publisher RedForge, is available for free for a limited time.
MAFIA HOTEL Is Free Until November 1
The Epic Games Store has a new freebie outside its regular weekly giveaway which currently includes Sker Ritual and Home. MAFIA HOTEL is running its own separate promotion, though the window to claim it is just as short. Players have until November 1 to add the game to their libraries for free.
Released on September 15, 2026, MAFIA HOTEL is still a relatively new title. It puts up to 16 players in a hotel where everyone has something to hide, and figuring out who to trust is the key to winning. During the day, players gather at the hotel bar to share information, trade accusations, and vote out someone they suspect of being part of the Mafia. Come nightfall, the Detective investigates a guest, the Doctor chooses someone to protect, and the Mafia sets out to hunt its next victim.
What makes the game stand out from traditional social deduction games is that the danger doesn’t end with choosing a target. Mafia members physically move through the hotel’s corridors and enter players’ rooms, while anyone attacked must try to dodge the killer and survive until morning. That combination of bluffing, group discussion, and real-time survival gives the familiar Mafia formula a different twist.
MAFIA HOTEL Gets Its First Major Update Ahead of Steam Launch
The free promotion arrives shortly after MAFIA HOTEL received its first major update. The patch introduces three new game modes, improves the in-game instructions, and expands language support. The update is available for the full Epic Games Store release and the Steam demo.
Speaking of Steam, the game has yet to launch there in full, with its release currently scheduled for November 27, 2026.
